GFC Girls Teams Plan Spain Trip for July 2009. GFC has planned another soccer visit to Europe for summer 2009. The club has entered 2 teams (gu11u12, and gu13u14) in the Donosti Cup, an international tournament which takes place each July in San Sebastián, Spain. The dates of the 10 Day / 8 Night trip are Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 12, 2009. Some roster openings in both teams exist for guest players from other clubs. Family and friends are also welcomed to join. The group is flying out of JFK so we can fly directly into and out of San Sebastian as a group, but people can opt to make their own flight arrangements (to use freq flyer miles, etc.).
